18kt gold brooch in lozenge with cabochon garnet. Rhomboidal brooch decorated with plant elements and gold pearls in a particular arrangement of holes inspired by scallops, with a symmetrical and balanced composition. In the center and surrounded by gold bands (concave, fine cord...) the oval, smooth garnet is presented, with an eight-pointed star in the center highlighted with white elements (a major pearl in the center surrounded by eight others smaller) contrasting and highlighting the gem. On the back, it presents a particular figurative decoration with a hunting dog carrying a bird in its jaws. Weight: 14.60 grams.
