Decoration - Marble Sculptures
Reference: M611B

Bust in carved marble. "Roman Emperor".
The idealization of the face of the togado man, extracted from Roman models related to Greek Hellenism, does not allow him to be identified but similarities can be seen with portraits such as those of Caracalla (towards the beginning of the 3rd century AD). The play of materials of the present sculpture was a technique that spread from Renaissance Italy to the rest of Europe, following models of Antiquity."
