How do I arrange the refund of an item?

Refunds will be accepted during the next 7 days after the receipt of the order, as long as it is received under the original terms of its shipping. Refunds must be previously notified. The costs derived will be on behalf of the customer.

In case of damages or other imperfections occurred during the transportation of the order, shipping costs of redelivery will not be applied.
