Enameled porcelain figurine. “Young couple.” Inspired by models from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres. The girl is sitting, with a basket of flowers in her hand and a garland at the bottom of her dress. Next to her, a handsome gallant leans towards her. It is the two doves joining their beaks that provide the theme of the figurine. Due to the theme, the high quality of its enamelling and the colors used, and the finesse in gestures and shapes, clear influences of the ancient porcelain from the Manufacture Nationale of Sèvres (France) can be seen.
