The abundance of curved forms, noticeable even on the concave sides of the upper part, is one of the main characteristics of Modernism, an artistic movement developed around 1900, also known as Art Nouveau, which aspired to renew art by drawing inspiration from nature and incorporating elements and materials obtained through the Industrial Revolution.
