Sewing kit in lemongrass tone. The sewing box is located on cabriole legs joined with an X-shaped chambrana, with a hinged lid and a drawer. Inside, it has three compartments and a mirror. The fronts are decorated with stylized plant shapes, inspired by classic European furniture decorations. The legs follow characteristic Rococo models; lemongrass wood used to be used for inlaid work, while in this example its tone is used across the entire surface except for the darker decoration, a color combination reminiscent of examples such as Boulle-style marquetry. The layout of the interior spaces make this furniture a perfect piece for interior decoration.
