Magnifying glass. Carved bone, ink, glass. 20th century. A glass magnifying glass decorated with a handle made of carved and stained bone, on which four monkeys appear. The first, at the end, is in a hunched posture, and the rest seem to be lifting each other up until the last one grasps a crescent moon on which the lens is placed.
