Edwardian sideboard in rosewood and fruit marquetry, early 20th century. Four turned legs support the sideboard, which consists of a space under two drawers flanking another space, and an upper part decorated with mirrors and architectural lines. The surface presents a series of plant motifs, scrolls and vases made of fruit wood marquetry, whose light tones contrast and stand out against the dark tone of the sideboard. The Edwardian style takes its name from King Edward VII of England (early 20th century), and was characterized by achieving the modernization of medieval styles, elements taken from the Georgian, etc.
