Set of seven enameled porcelain figurines. “Soldiers.” Inspired by 19th century European porcelain models. Each of the figures in this set presents the characteristic uniform of a military unit, clearly showing the change in uniformity that took place at the beginning of the 19th century. Already in the time of Napoleon Bonaparte, the main European porcelain factories (Meissen, Sèvres, Capodimonte, etc.) created numerous figurines with the characteristic uniforms of each nation. It is from these works that the set is inspired.
