Pair of enameled porcelain figurines. “Children with apples”. Inspired by models from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres (France). The two children are seated on tree stumps, decorated with the typical flowers of these bucolic works. The round bases, adorned with moldings and strings of gilded pearls, link the pieces to 19th-century European porcelain. The refinement of the gestures, the quality of the enameling, and the decorative elements connect them to works from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres (France).
