Pair of glazed porcelain figurines. “Children dancing”. Inspired by antique European porcelain models. The two children are depicted dancing on circular bases adorned with chains at the front. The theme of dancing children was very common in European porcelain from the 18th century onwards, and the present examples can be linked to works created in prominent centers such as Meissen and Sèvres, for example.
