Pair of oriental figures with movement in glazed porcelain. Inspired by 18th-century Meissen models. Both the man and woman are dressed in the manner understood in 18th-century Europe as Chinese attire. The movement of their heads and hands, as well as the decorative motifs and forms, are inspired by very similar works produced at the Meissen porcelain factory in Germany in the 18th century.
