Enameled porcelain figurine. “Couple of shepherd boys.” Inspired by models from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres. The scene is set in a very idealized nature, as is normal in this type of bucolic compositions highly appreciated in art since the 18th century. A ram, a basket with flowers and a bird cage complete the composition, in which the protagonists appear dressed in the fashion of the upper class of the late 18th century. The figure is inspired by works made by the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres (France). Weight: 1.5kg
