Front or fireplace front. Iron, Bronze etc. Possibly France, 19th century. Low fireplace front composed of a bar with moldings at the front under a tubular piece, and topped on the sides by two figures of lions reclining on classicist pedestals. Stylistically, the piece closely follows French school models, and may have been made in this country, and is clearly inspired by the Empire style. Weight: 3kg.
