Siphon; E. Limouzin, Nantes. Glass, metal. France, around 1920. Siphon with metal head in silver finish with engraved marks (quarter crescent moon / E. Limouzin-Nantes / another quarter moon / Durafort; Paris 14; Etain Sans-plomb) and glass body in orange tone with acid etching of the factory (E. Limouzin / marque- quarter-moon- déposée / Nantes/ …). These types of containers for water or carbonated drinks were very popular around the middle of the 20th century, and previously, in line with the popularity of soft drinks.
