The balustrade that would join the door ends in a ring with a serrated outer edge, and from this hangs the knocker itself, a piece of balustraded profiles with a quadrangular section decorated with engraved lines and from which begins a curved shape ending in an oval from which A simple scroll emerges, giving the sensation of a snake's head (and wanting to remember the animal thanks, also, to details engraved in the metal). This heraldry relates the present piece to the Order of the Brothers of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel, also known as the Order of the Carmelites, and founded around the 12th century.
