The candy box with lid is openwork on almost its entire surface, and is decorated with roses, stems and small flowers of different colors. This type of porcelain was highly appreciated in Europe since the 18th century, with models similar to the present one being made in several factories. Specifically, for this piece, boxes from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres have been taken as inspiration.
