Bronze sculpture. “Water bearer boy.” Inspired by models by Auguste Moreau (1834-1917). Lost wax casting. Stone base. On a rock formation, the figure of the child stands, carrying a large jug, resting it on his hip and holding the rope that surrounds its mouth with his arm. They have taken the works of Auguste Moreau, son of the painter Jean Baptiste Moreau and known for his pastoral scenes and allegories and his work in a realistic and graceful style.
